All orders are generally processed within 24 hours from the time they are placed (excluding weekends). When new collections are released, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. We ship through a logistics platform that, on average, delivers within 5-6 business days from the time the package is picked up. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak holiday season or in bad weather.

If you believe there is a problem with the delivery or a lost package, please email us with your order number and the issue and a member of the team will assist you as soon as possible. Please email support@lamarquedesesmorts.com

We now ship worldwide! Please note that there may be additional charges such as import duties, but don't get mad at us, yell at the government :(

We now offer free delivery for all orders over €60 in France and abroad! You're going to want the whole collection anyway, so why not order it all at once?

The products presented in the shop correspond to our items available in stock. If you cannot select your size or add the product to your shopping cart, this product is no longer available.

This collection is unique, the pieces are produced in limited editions without restocking. Only returns (within 14 working days) are accepted.

We carefully select our collaborators, according to the quality of their know-how, to offer you the best pieces. We are committed to respecting serious social and environmental conduct throughout the manufacturing and production chain.

Rest assured, you can order on our website with confidence; payment is 100% secure. All bank transactions made from our e-shop are processed and secured by the Telr payment module. All of your confidential data (your card number, expiry date and cryptogram) cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are also not stored on our server and computer systems.
